Mahendra specializes in challenging developments, including reclaiming wetlands, relocation of ponds, repositioning and rezoning land, and land assemblages.
Always utilizing his multi-disciplinary experience, including his engineering background and MBA, which helped design every hotel with guests, operator, and team members in mind. All properties are beautiful, functional, and sustainable.
Minesh Patel, MBA
Vice President / Chief Executive Officer
Post-MBA at Boston University, Minesh knew his passion was management. After experiencing the hospitality industry, he knew the possibilities were endless and utilized his career in medicine to grow his hospitality portfolio.
Nearly two decades, a few hotel projects, and two recessions later, Minesh knows what it takes to operate a company, a well-defined structure, and policies and procedures. With a focus on building his team and acute business acumen he is poised to lead the company to great heights.

35 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry including 25 years as a General Manager.
Brand experience includes Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, Best Western, Extended Stay America, Choice, and independent properties.
Experience with hotel openings, managing properties in destination, corporate and transient locations, PIPs, conversions, vacation ownership, owner rental programs, and receivership. Active in P&P development, hotel finances, revenue management, sales & marketing, quality compliance, and food & beverage operations.

Staci oversees a diverse portfolio of hotel brands including Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
With a strong focus on driving revenue, Staci specializes in securing Local Negotiated Rates (LNRs) and building both corporate and leisure group business. Her mission is to ensure consistent growth and market visibility for each property, while delivering personalized service and innovative sales strategies tailored to each brand and location.

Birju is a second-generation hotelier, and has seen much success from the beginnings of his career. His experience includes development and acquisition, PIPs, and Adaptive Reuse.
Brands Developed as Principal, Developer, Team Member: Wyndham, Choice, IHG, Marriott, and Hilton.
Birju’s flexibility and focused strategies during the recession helped several large developers adapt to market conditions doing mixed use, adaptive reuse, and repositioning / rebranding.
